Sergey with Bayside Management was incredible! I lived at one of their properties in Tiburon where he was the resident manager and I had a really positive experience. He was responsive to any maintenance issues. And was friendly and kind to I and all tenants, which was especially appreciated as I lived there during the first year of the pandemic. He would check up if he hadn’t seen I in awhile to ensure everything was okay with the apartment. This personability was rare to find and something I really valued. I will miss my place here!

My wife and my family have lived in a property managed by Bayside Management for the past 3 years, and they have been excellent. Super responsive, attentive and very customer service-friendly. In particular our point of contact Joanelle is excellent. We are past landlords ourselves (we owned rental property for a number of years) and have hired property management companies to manage our own rental properties, so we know how difficult the job is.
