Bayside manages my rental property. They rarely contact me with issues as they seem to be on auto pilot and need minimal involvement from me. Of course it could be because they select great tenants. Any small incidental issues, they handle without contacting me. Great! Whenever I call or text my agent, Dylan Motchar, he responds IMMEDIATELY. It's a great waltz! The only complaint is that my rent checks come very late (middle to end of the month) and it's difficult to get a hold of the accountant/financial clerk.

I had a good experience, with Bayside Management. Great front desk staff whenever I had questions, or needed some help. When I overpaid, they corrected the over balance, and when I moved I received my deposit back. I've heard they will soon takeover management from Canyon Pacific a.k.a. Vive corp. ; the company doing property management where I live presently. I am delighted to know we will be in better hands.
