I had a good experience, with Bayside Management. Great front desk staff whenever I had questions, or needed some help. When I overpaid, they corrected the over balance, and when I moved I received my deposit back. I've heard they will soon takeover management from Canyon Pacific a.k.a. Vive corp. ; the company doing property management where I live presently. I am delighted to know we will be in better hands.

Joanelle has been doing a great job of managing my property for a decade. She keeps it rented, handles problems that come up and provides me with bookkeeping. I have never had a complaint from a tenant: they answer their phone and keep the tenants happy.
