There’s a move-in inspection report to document the condition of your home, and a conversation with your new tenants so we can be sure they understand the requirements and expectations in their lease agreement.

Joanelle has rightly earned the title of Miss Property Manager 2024 and will be receiving her crown and sash within the week. If you have a convertible to spare for an afternoon, please drop by Bayside so that Joanelle can ride in the back waving the infinity symbol while the community watches in awe. This is not a joke, this needs to happen. Bayside is a rare property management agency - they help both the landlord and the tenants while the other agencies only cater to the landlord. Four months ago I moved into a unit through another agency and as I was moving in my neighbors told me my cabin was going to be demolished to build a luxury complex. Two weeks later I got a letter from the city confirming what I'd hoped to just be rumors. Finding another cabin and moving has been INCREDIBLY difficult and Joanelle has bent over backwards these past 6 weeks - even while on a weeks vacation - to make sure I successfully moved into my new, wonderful cabin. Just a few of Joanelle's actions: my car broke down before the move, she dropped the keys off for me the night before she left for vacation. The "professional movers" hired by the former agency ruined thousands of dollars of my belongings while Joanelle patiently and persistently handled getting the deposit monies that were due back in full from the other agency. She had the plumber come within 24 hours of a minor leak. She emailed with me last night at 7:30pm to resolve an issue that could have waited till the next business day. She is always working and that is why one afternoon off, celebrating her managerial pageantry with the community is in order. In reading through the reviews here, I saw a one star and Bayside's response - the owner took full responsibility and actually dismissed the poorly performing staff. So many other's would write "We're sorry that you feel disappointed and we will discuss this matter internally" or some other non-solution meaningless response. Support rare business' that walk the talk and only keep employees that over deliver.
